December 1-11, 2014 Key West, Florida

We arrived at Naval Air Station Key West on December 1st and did our time in dry camping for three days before we moved to full hook-ups.  Dry camp was right on the water and beautiful.  Full hook-up is kind of tight but well worth the price.  We will be back here next year.  

Old Key West is always fun and there are fantastic places to eat.  We have done some touristy things and a lot of reading on the rainy, cold and windy days.

The Key West Butterfly House was a great way to spend a couple of hours and get some pretty photos.

We found out about this on our Key West Trolley Tour.  It is a pirate encampment at Fort Zachery Taylor.

I think we were here for three hours checking everything out.  We took a tour and I swear our tour guide lived in this fort while it was being built.  You could tell this place was his heart and passion.  I think it was one of the best tours we have been on.

November 20, 2014 On Our Way to Key West

We stopped at Belle RV Parc Resort to meet up with Bob and Mary.  We met these two last year while working in Arizona.  We had a ball and will go back here next year to do a few months of workamper.

Our next stop was Chokoloskee Island Park and Marina.  This was one tight campground. They only had room for one 40 ft. RV.  I think we were the nights entertainment as we pulled the rig in.  This place has some of the most friendly campers ever and the sunsets, well they were fantastic.

is Key West where we will spend 16 days. This place will get it's own page.

November 10, 2014 Florida Tour

  We stopped at the Navy SEAL Museum. The exhibits here were fantastic and flow in and out of the building.

We camped at Patrick AFB last year.  It is on the water and beautiful.  Enjoy the sunsets!

And one day after it rained we had a beautiful rainbow over the rig.

October 23, 2014 Tour Of Georgia

We visited a few new places in Georgia
First we started in Milledgeville meeting up with some friends from our Church in Fenton, Michigan who took over a Church in this little town.  This city is a hidden gem of great restaurants and shops.
There is so much history in this town so we took the town tour.  
We toured the Georgia Military College.

Then we were off to Savannah one of our favorite stops.  We took the Savannah Tours Night Tour with Sweet Sadie.  What a fantastic tour guide.

This was a great time of year to explore Kentucky.  It was a little rainy and damp and the colors were great.
