Luke Air Force Base Lightning in the Desert

What a fantastic day!

 

 

 

 

We spent the extra money and got the VIP tickets.  It was the best money we spent.  They had buses that took us from a special parking lot and dropped us at the show.  There were chairs and tables under tents or by the air strip we were fed breakfast, lunch and all the pop and water we wanted.  It was a hot day so the tents were great, but no matter what the show was fantastic!  Everything from music to narration was perfect!

Baseball and Ren Fest AZ

I have not been to a baseball game in........Forever! 

 

For this game we went to the new Cub Stadium here in Arizona.  It is a smaller version of the one in Chicago.  We had great seat and sat by some fun people. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We had heard so much about the Arizona Renasance Festival that we really wanted to check it out.  WOW the place is HUGE and the stages are fantastic. It was also the first year the Washing Wenches were here.  There were also alot of different venders and all kinds of food from baked goods to turkey legs.

 

 



Chihuly in the Garden

 

We went to be a Chihuly show in Michigan a few years ago.  This time I got to see it at night at the Desert Botanical Garden.  It was a girls night out.  We had a ball.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

 

Off to see the Grandson's

 

 We headed off to Sunnyvale for a few days to visit these two adorable boys

and their parents

Staying Busy in Surprise,AZ

 

We went to a chocolate festival and it was OK and then we seen.........
