June 30, 2014 Dawson City

Dawson City is a town that has barely been touched by time.  We had the honor to meet locals and transplants, we found their hospitality to be wonderful.  Everyone along with this town have a story to tell.
Moose Creek Lodge is very creative

June 27, 2014 Whitehorse

All these towns that were involved in the gold rush are filled with so much history.
I have learned so much about the gold rush and the building of the highway.  Being up here and seeing the places where the men camped while building the highway or the homes of people who inspired Robert Service.  When I was little my dad would read me these poems that now come to life.
Whitehorse has been one of those towns I would love to stay in a little longer.

More wildlife

June 26, 2014 Teslin, YT

The road to Teslin was beautiful and dusty.  We seen everything from bears to waterfalls.

There is a campground attached.  They served a fatastic
hamburger for dinner and raindear sausage for breakfast.

This is the dusty road.  So far no stone chips in the
windshields of either vehicle.

This mamma had two babies with her.

Lots of different flowers along the way
