February 23 to March 1, 2015 Good Sam Rally and Alaska Friends

This was our first Good Sam Rally at the Phoenix International Raceway.  We were told that there were between 2,500 and 3,000 rigs at the show plus people that paid for the day.  The volunteers were fantastic and parking was easy.  The best part of the show had to be the venders.  The tent was full and there were not to many duplicates.  The worst part was the entertainment.  Not that the shows were bad, but you had to look through the race track fence to see them.

It was a little on the cloudy rainy side before we left, but the rest of the week was nice.

This was the best part of the trip.

We met up with Larry, Sue, Fred and Leslie from

our Alaska trip.  Fred and Leslie brought along

some friends for El Mirage.

We left the rally and headed for Congress.  This is the first Escapees park.

Tomorrow morning I head for Michigan to see the family.
