February 2017 - Surprise, AZ

We started off the month by celebrating the February birthday boys.  We had a little get together at the fireplace at the end of our street.  This is a great group of people to spend time with.

I have no idea what they were looking at.

The weather here has not been as warm as I had hoped but the sunset are still beautiful.

If you are wondering about food I wont let you down.  We have been to many good places but these are the ones where I remembered to pull out my phone.

This is St. Francis in Scottsdale.  We got the lead on this place from a couple on our Alaska trip.  Thanks Bobbi and Dave this place was great.

Beignets

We went to Flavors of Louisiana 4 years ago with friends.  We found it again by accident and the food and service are still fantastic.

We also spent a few hours at Wild Life World Zoo.  This small zoo sure has grown since we were here four years ago.  

 So that is a taste of what we have been up to.  We have been moved from kitchen prep to the tiki bar.  We are having a ball at the tiki.  We are outside with the people and when the weather is great it is THE place to be.

So many family memories with this lovely lady.
