January 27, 2019 Lyon


In Lyon this was a part of every morning.
Chocolate croissants 

After breakfast it was back to the competition.
This was the pastry & ice round.


Then I walked through the food show
for awhile and drooled 



 Dinner tonight was in the medieval village of Perouges.
It started to sleet after I took this picture. 




This was frog legs.
very tiny and lots of bones but the flavor was wonderful
and worth the work.



 And then there was fun with clotted cream.
You had to be there

















And the view on the drive home
