August 2015 Dr's Appointments and More

This month has been a rash of Dr's appointments and more.

We spent a week away from Holiday Shores and headed for Carsonville, MI.
While we were there we drove to Port Huron to check out the food at the Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM) and get a tour of their facility.

We also drove out to Davison, MI to check out some old cars and hear my
cousin sing with the band.

These pictures are of a hot air balloon that was being dried at holiday shores.

We were also invited to a tail gate and JV football game.
I really miss sports photography.

We are currently setting at Allied Recreational Group in Decatur, IN.  We are waiting to have the hydraulic lines to the jacks replaced.  Not sure how long it will take.

Our travel plan is Dayton, OH to stay at Wright Patterson
Frankfort, KY to visit Buffalo Trace
Hershey, PA to visit some people that Bill did Adopt-A-Ship with
Washington, D.C. and then making our way to Florida.

Hopefully we will some of you during our travels.

July 2015 Austin, TX to Florida

July was a very busy month
On July 13th Nate dropped Athena and Ember at Bishop Airport to fly to Austin, TX and the journey to began.  Nate drove the U-Hall while Copper and I drove Nate's Dodge RAM. The weather was great except the one down pour that we drove through.  Bill reminded me to take the walkie talkies and that made communication between vehicles so much better. We arrived early three days latter and were able to get the truck unloaded without incident, kind of.

On the 18th Andrea picked me up at Nate and Athena's and took me to the airport in Austin where I flew to Florida to help my mom after a bad reaction to a new medication she was taking.  Glad to report she is doing much better.  I left Tampa and flew home on the 29th only to turn around on the 31st and fly, with Bill back to Orlando for the American Culinary Convention.

So that was my month.  Now I bet  you would like to see some pictures!
