We made a side trip to Sturgis.
There is not a whole lot going on when the bikes are
not in town.
We were camped down the road from the Crazy Horse Memorial
This place has really changed in 22 years. They have really improved and grown.
Then off to Deadwood.
Dad said we needed to check this place out.
It looks like an old time saloon inside and the
food was really good.
The sign just reminded me of
a special friend!
This was a well kept cemetery with so much history.
I wish I would have checked out the Mt. Moriaha web site
before we went to visit.
I just thought this was cool.
Mt. Rushmore still look the same.
They have added more artifacts since we were
here last. There was more information on
the construction and the ongoing restoration.
I am so glad we made the drive to see Devils Tower.
This place is so spiritual I am glad there were not
a bunch of tourists to destroy the serenity.
Crazy climbers. These people have such
grace as they climb.
There were a whole flock of turkey vultures out.
I finally got pictures of the prairie dogs.
We also took a drive on the Needles Parkway.
This sign was no joke!
This is our rout so far for 2017.
We are slowly making our way back to
Michigan!!
