May 18-19, 2017 Yellowstone

Looks like we we are getting down to two days left.
So we decided to head to the Grand Tetons via the 
south entrance of Yellowstone.

And then there was dinner at Million Dollar Cowboy.

I had the tall red drink.
Muddled strawberry and basil some
simple syrup and ginger beer.

Chive oil and Parker house rolls

Portabella mushroom stuffed with peas, fava beans, charred tomatoes, corn and black truffle goat cheese.

Boudin Blanc, fennel crepe, whole grain mustard and apple chutney

 Mine - 6 oz buffalo tenderloin

 Bill - 8 oz Elk medallions

 So this was our final day in Yellowstone
It was beautiful.




















Our next stop is Hardin, MT.  The bad lands.
What kind of beauty will we find?
