We headed back to Epcot for the final days
of the Food & Wine Festival.  Epcot did a fantastic job
on the food.  The tastes were different and the presentations
were wonderful considering this was FAST FOOD

Smoked Corn Beef from
Flavors from Fire

Cheese Cake Trio
Tropical & Blood Orange Mimosas
from Simmering Sips

The Lamb Chop was so good we had to have a second
and Spicy Shrimp from Australia

Epcot Wild Life

We stopped at the Canadian stage for a food break

This berry compote on a waffle with
whipped cream was wonderful at Belgium

This Lobster Roll was so buttery and the Hard Apple Cider
was very refreshing at Hops & Barley

I want to be the train master

We were stuffed but could not resist this offering from France
Escargo and Boeuf Braisé à la Bordelaise, Pomme Dauphine:

I can see why people take three days to enjoy this event.
We were so full.   It was nice to walk and eat.

We will be going back again to see the Christmas lights.

November 11-13, 2019 Disney World

We did the tourist thing and went to Disney World.  The crowd was minimal and the weather was great.  We stayed at the Swan and the bed was so comfy, the staff was great and the food was wonderful.
We walked about 8 miles and slept great.

Our first stop for food was the Garden Grove at the Swan.
The chicken soup was wonderful.
Bill had the lobster roll and I had the shrimp tacos.

We had a wonderful dinner at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin in Disney Springs
I had a cucumber cooler and Bill had a White Peach Sangria

Our last Disney dinner was at Kimonos.  Bill had a beverage
made with brown sugar bourbon.
It had a heavy sweet caramel taste and I had a lychee martini.
For dinner Bill had and egg drop soup and I had udon noodle soup and we both had
egg rolls.  It was a very nice restaurant.

We spent a whole day between Hollywood Studios and Epcot for the Food and Wine Festival.
We only had a couple of samples at Epcot but we plan to go back for more.
I did't get a picture of the lamb chop but it was wonderful.

I did get a few selfies of us.

Toy Story Land was pretty interesting to look at but seemed a little small.
It was fun to watch the little kids on the roller coaster.

We did ride the Skyliner.  These were amazing.  The lines were short
and transfers were easy.

We got to see some characters at Epcot and The Magic Kingdom.

I would love to retake this at night with everything lit up.

So we were heading out and seen these on the ground.
We found the girl painting Goofy with water in a dustpan and a broom with the ends tied together like a big paint brush.

I spied a couple of the new buses

One day at Disney complete.  We will return on the 21st!

October 26, 2019 Last part of our trip to Florida

I am taking time to post the rest of the photos I took on our trip from Michigan to Florida.

We took a walk on the water way in Savannah, Georgia

Because everyone has a least one uncle Bob

The candy shops here are amazing

We made a quick pit stop to see Donny, Jill, Declan and Jill's mom Helen

Donny & Declan

Look who got the game ball

We stayed at a new FAMCAMP
Camp Blanding was perfect.  The have a really nice museum that
tells the history of the base.

This was during a rain storm out the front window

We are all settled into Oak Harbor.
So nice to be back.
