New Orleans

Some random pictures from New Orleans.  We started the morning with breakfast and beignets at Cafe Beignet.

A van on Bourbon Street.

This was the floor of a shop on Canal Street.

I love the old buildings.                                                                     Then off to St.Louis Cemetery #1

This is where they say Nicholas Cage.  Some say it is a prop for his next movie.

This is St. Louis Cathedrial.  There was so much history here.

This is the Navy band on some local color dancing to the music!

                                         Views from the French Market

Loved the roof on this place

We also went to the WWII Museum.  The brick is in memory of my step-mom's dad.  He was a WWII Vet.  We also got to shake the hand of a WWII vet who was visiting the museum.  Very special day.  We also stopped by the restaurant there The American Sector.  It was a fun place with good food

Well that is the end of our trip to New Orleans.  Tonight we are staying in Boumont,TX at the Gulf Coast RV Resort.  This is a very nice place and they have a conteniental breakfast in the morning!!

Stay warm - we are almost to Arizona!!
