Pictures from Cades Cove and Cumberland Gap

Cades Cove
I love to photograph moving water.

This is the smooth road we traveled on.  It would have been even better if we were on motorcycles.

This is the Smokey Mountains on a clear evening.
I could not resist this photo.

These are two of my favorite photos.  I love the dead tree in front of the green tree and the splash of red in the middle of the water.

Cumberland Gap
This was another beautiful stop. God sure has a way of painting the landscapes.

These two are the same shots that are taken
from different angles and zoom lengths.

 Motorcycle Road!!

We walked into the old Church and found musicians
playing old hymms.  The sound was
so warm in this old wood building.

Don, you will be missed by so many.

We were lucky to know you and host with you.

I am sure the roads you travel now are paved with gold

and happy hour goes on forever.
