Hope, British Columbia

We crossed the boarder and almost took out the guard shack.  We had to unhook the car and hook up after Bill got the RV and I got the car through the check point.  Thank God it was an easy pass through.  I have heard so many horror stories.

We stayed at Sunshine Valley RV Resort and this was our viewWe stayed here for two days.

Our first day of exploring took us to Hell's Gate.  It's a tram ride over the rapids.  The explorer who came through here said, "The waters are so ruff this must be the gates of hell."  And the name stuck.

The second day we went to Harrison Hot Springs, Bridal Veil Falls and toured the town of Hope.

The town of Hope is known for its chain saw carvings.  They had some beautiful work.

This carving is dedicated to a police dog who died
protecting his partner.

We have gone through lots of tunnels.

Today we are at 100 Mile House, B.C.  We will be here for two days.
Hope you all enjoying our adventure north.
