Falls in British Columbia

This country is beautiful.  We have got to know some wonderful people along the way.  Ken and Nora sent us up to two sets of water falls.  The first was in Hixon, B.C.  The falls were way off the main road and if someone had not told us about them we never would have seen the sign.

After Hixon we headed to Chetwynd, B.C.  This town is know for it's 134 wood carvings.

And following up on another lead from Ken and Nora, we headed to Tumbler Ridge for more falls and beautiful lakes.

The road to this fall was used by the coal mines and big rigs.  It was this road where we meet our match, a rock in the break pad.  What an awful noise.

The mechanics here were so kind.  The first one didn't check the breaks because he couldn't hear the noise.  I took the second mechanic for a ride and he heard the noise.  Ten minutes later he was handing me the rock that was making the noise.

We are now in Dawson Creek, B.C.  We are getting to know the people that we
will be traveling with.

I am not sure when I will have Wi-Fi again, but I will still be taking photos as we go.

The count this far is 1 moose, 4 black bear and lots of deer.
