I didn't realize how long it has been since I have update the blog site.
Life has been very busy.
On December 27, 2018 this wonderful lady, my bonus mom,
received her angle wings. She fought a long battle. I was
honored to be with her as she passed from this world into
God's arms.
We miss you Mary.
So many have asked about our trip to France. Well here is the start of our adventure.
Bill and I enjoyed business class on our long
night flight leg to Lyon.

We stayed at the Ibis in Lyon
The group arrived on the 26th and our first night was a dinner of Lyonnais foods.

foie gras and pork belly
And a mix of salads and hams
This is a traditional dish of trout
in pastry. It was wonderful.
Bill and I both had the duck breast in a
sweet & sour sauce.
